Global Growth Council | SeeHer: Eliminating Gender Bias Drives Global Business Growth
One of the most critical mandates enacted by the ANA Global CMO Growth Council, is to drive business growth by eliminating bias in advertising and media. Many brands, like L’Oréal for instance, have used the Gender Equality Metric (GEM®), developed by ANA’s SeeHer, to accurately portray women in advertising, while simultaneously driving sales growth.

We’ve invited Marc Toulemonde, the Chief Digital and Marketing Officer at L’Oréal USA, to share learnings from GEM®, at the next Global CMO Growth Council Society and Sustainability Working Team Forum on Wednesday, October 20, 2021.
